Project overview

A 40GW crystal pulling factory of a head enterprise opened a smart lighthouse factory in 2020. After the construction, the logistics equipment entered the market for one year. After the digital and intelligent transformation of the whole site, about 2000 workers were put into production.

The crystal fetching forklift is connected with the single crystal furnace of production equipment to realize the docking of crystal bars. The latent robot is involved in the front and rear road clearing, crucible, re-throwing barrel handling and other links. The latent AGV robot can dock the finished crystal bar after being discharged from the single crystal furnace to realize long-distance transportation, cooling and warehousing. In the cut-off link, the round bar is transported by the loading robot, and the material is transported by the three-axis manipulator in the links of square cutting, grinding and quality inspection. Appearance inspection, visual guidance and positioning of stick-splicing manipulator, etc. also have the application of AGV robot machine vision product solutions.

Project income

The project has realized intelligence and automation in many production and internal logistics transfer links, and more than 400 mobile robots are used in many links. At the beginning of the project, there were nearly 5,000 planners, and finally nearly 50% of them were effectively saved.
