AMR is used instead of manual handling in the head enterprise of a lithium battery industry, such as production workshop, core making workshop and battery testing workshop. Since the first project was launched in 20 years, as of July 22, the user has accumulated more than 10 online projects, and invested more than 400 AMR in various categories, such as latent, transfer, fork and CTU.

Digital Twinning: In the planning stage of the scheme, a virtual factory will be established in equal proportion, and problems such as solution, product development, delivery and implementation will be put forward to avoid risks in advance. The software has a high degree of flexibility: with SLAM navigation technology, the route change can be completed only by adjusting the position on the server. RCS-2000 carries out real-time data interaction with MES and upper computer, and the automation rate of material flow can reach 100%, and the whole information flow can be traced. Strong hardware performance: AMR ontology adopts modular design, which ensures equipment delivery, spare parts operation and maintenance, and cycle. Relying on the industry-leading 3D visual positioning technology and multi-sensor fusion technology, the docking accuracy of inflatable shaft and winding/laminating equipment is 1 mm.. In the chemical capacity division workshop, the lift CTU is innovatively developed, which is suitable for magazines and material frames of various sizes, and is directly connected with the machine platform and the material rack of the static room, which is more flexible than the traditional conveyor line mode.
